Job Description
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Apply project management principles and best practices to manage CPD ads management related projects
- Manage the full project lifecycle (scope, requirements, schedule, development, delivery) with the assistance from Project Owners
- Facilitate meetings including scheduling, setting the agenda, facilitating discussion, recapping meeting notes and following up on action items
- Assist Advanced Campaign Management Group Managers and Marketplace Ads Section Managers in organizing group meetings or section meetings
- Own the issue list and risk list, keep the lists updated to make sure items are being followed up. Escalate any issues that cannot be solved, and mitigate risks
Job Requirement
Must-Have
- Familiarity with agile mindset preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) preferred

- Adept in a fast-paced environment
- Japanese language (speaking/writing) ability
- Strong people skills and ability to work across functions and regions
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats
- Strong interest in marketing, E-Commerce and new technologies in related fields
- Proven experience with successful delivery and managing of projects, preferably in E-Commerce or IT as a Project Lead or Project Member
