Job Description

- Troubleshoot hardware or software issues to resolve end user's technical issues.
- Customer relations management.
- Working closely with project personnels in all stages of project application from conceptualization till handover stage.
- To provide application system support to end users.
- Carry out project application and system integration for projects.
- Manage team consisting of consultants and contractors.
- Provide support for existing software and hardware services to end users.
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Job Requirement
- Qualified class 3 driving license and preferably with own vehicle.
- Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in PLC and mechanical applications.
- Independent thinker with good sense of initiative.
- 2 years working experience in the HVAC industry preferred. Candidates with no prior experience may also apply.
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Good programming knowledge in networking/hardware/software applications.
- Mixture development of technical & soft skills (project management, communication, conducting test,drafting designs,etc)
