Job Description
In this role, you will report directly to the Business Manager of Consumer Sales. As a sales consultant, you will be based at various retail outlets and be responsible for the following:
Identify and drive qualified opportunities from pre-sales to closure
Collate feedback and execute improvement plans for internal process to increase sales performance and customer experience
Provide daily updates on sales performance to supervisor
Assist to drive overall sales by cross-selling and up-selling
Provide good customer service and manage customers’ expectations
