Proven experience in video production, artwork design, or motion graphics/animation
Strong portfolio showcasing previous creative work
Ability to understand and execute project briefs
Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
Open to feedback and collaborative workflows
Reliable and professional work ethic
Comfortable with per-project payment terms and payment after work is completed
