Freelance Job Description
Position Title: Book Fair Sales Staff
Location: Wisma Geylang Serai
Job Type: Freelance (You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents only)
Venue - The event is at Wisma Geylang Serai.
Timing - 10 am to 8 pm
Pls be there 10 min earlier on the first day (tmr).
Dress code : Smart casual
Book Fair is on Fri, Sat and Sun (19th to 21st Sep 2025, 10 am to 8 pm)
You can do one day or all 3 days.
Fee is $150 per day
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers
Promote special offers, encouraging sales
Assist in setting up, organizing, and maintaining book displays (nothing heavy to carry)
Handle customer transactions (cash and PayNow) accurately
Assist with packing up and closing down the book fair after completion (nothing heavy to carry)
Qualifications & Skills
Strictly You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
Min O or N level qualifications
Ability to read and write Malay language is an advantage
