Freelance Job Description
Should be able to provide the following services:
Assistance in System Assessment: Assist in conducting a high-level review of current CRM system. Establish Client's specific needs and requirements, ensuring that the upgraded system aligns with client's business objectives.
Assistance in tender proposal: Assist Client in a creating a comprehensive tender proposal which details the key functional and nonfunctional requirements, business objectives, milestones, timelines, and responsibilities w.r.t upgrading MS CRM 2015 to D365 Apps.
Assistance in assessing implementation methodology: Assist Client team in coming up with questionnaire and assessment procedure for the assessment of implementation methodology proposed by vendors who have responded to the upgrade tender proposal
Assistance to Client in technical readiness for upgrade
o Analyse current customizations [forms, views, fields, business rules, and workflows]
o Analyse deprecated features not available in D365
o Assess integration complexity and review the APIs/integration methodology
o Evaluation of data migration needs
o Check Cloud readiness
o CRM platform Assessment tool [gather relevant technical information of current CRM deployment]
o Analyse new features available as part of D365 landscape [Azure, power platform, power automate, power BI, Azure Data Lake storage]
o Analyse technical and functional gaps in current solution
Job Requirement
*Have 7 - 10 years of full-cycle IT project management experience, and 5-7 experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft CRM 2015.
*Should have strong communication & presentation skills,
*A relevant degree such as a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
*Experience of Microsoft CRM upgrade to D365 is a plus *PMP certification/MS CRM/D365 certification is a plus
