Freelance Job Description
We are looking for candidates as shown below for our new collaboration, Infinitus Group!
1. Recruitment Officer (RO)
· Write and post job descriptions on the relevant platforms.
· Screen resumes and CVs as to find quality candidates.
· Manage job candidates throughout hiring process (from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation)
· Ad-hoc duties as assigned (administrative task)

2. Personal Assistant (PA)
· Acting as a first point contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, and following up with customer appointments / claims
· Booking and arranging appointments, foods or travels.
· Managing databases (iDoc) and filing systems, as well as maintaining procedures
· Miscellaneous tasks as assigned
