Freelance/Part Time Sales Executive - Video/Photography Services
We are currently seeking motivated and experienced Freelance/Remote Sales Executives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Proactively search for new leads and prospects in the real estate and interior design industries.
Utilize the provided lead platform to identify and connect with potential clients.
Update leads and track each sales process in our Notion CRM system.
Effectively communicate the value of our video/photography services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Remuneration:
This is a freelance/remote position, and your earnings will be based on closed deals (standard package at total of 4 figure $SGD).
The commission structure is tier-based / month , as follows:
1-5 closed deals: 10% commission
6-10 closed deals: • 15% commission
11-15 or more closed deals: 20% commission
There is no limit to your earning potential, as you will directly benefit from your sales achievements.

Job Requirement
Experience:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Sales: Min 1 year (Required)

Highly motivated and results-driven.
Flexibility to work remotely and manage own schedule.
