Responsibilities:

-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

-Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features

-Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries

-Provide administration support in daily activities, includes packaging and shipping 

-Handle returns of merchandise

-Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

-Build productive trust relationships with customers

-Comply with inventory control procedures

 

Requirements

-Proficiency in English (If you can speak Chinese will have priority )
-Interested in Luxury & Fashion Industry

-Showroom/Sales experience in a bonus

- Responsible, highly organized, flexible, self-motivated and good team player

-Keen to details, attentive with a great sense of responsibility for job.

-Having a legal status to work in Singapore

*熟悉或对爱马仕等奢侈品牌抱有浓厚兴趣
