Freelance Job Description

Main responsibility is to handle the day-to-day accounts/payments, answer queries regarding our curriculum, provide good customer care, and ensure the smooth coordination & running of the school's operations.
Job Requirement
- Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
- Guide parents in the registration process.
- Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up with closure for all enquiries.
- Maintain and update student databases.
- Follow-up with new sign-ups and parents who are interested to learn more.
- Responsible for day to day operations of the centre.
- Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (E.g. homework).
