Job description:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Senior Service Consultant to join our team! As a Senior Service Consultant you will need to implement, monitor and analyze our sales department performance, strategy and suggest solutions for improvement and optimization.

Duties and responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their sales goals and objectives
Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
Well understand company's products and services offerings, features and pricing
Monitor KPIs regularly weekly basic
Attend educational seminars and conferences
Create a motivational and healthy atmosphere for sales representatives
Identify opportunities for product and service
Identify opportunities for new client
Find prospective customers and new target segments
