Freelance Job Description

This PA/Life Manager role is to free up the time of a busy entrepreneur in the financial services sector and could lead to a full time position in due course.
Key areas are to help in his time organising and other important administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks.

Responsibilities typically will include:
- Tracking and reminders on important tasks and deadlines.
- Scheduling meetings and tasks, emailing, coordination with business partners around the world, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence, scheduling of meetings, assisting with correspondence, note taking and action points with external and internal business partners.
- Travel booking arrangements, Restaurant bookings, assistance on personal matters like shopping arrangements, dry cleaning, catering arrangements for parties, social event bookings, etc.

This role may lead to a full time position.
Job Requirement
- Personality, Good project management skills, time management, initiative, work under pressure, strong written and verbal communication skills in English a must, and in Chinese or other local languages a bonus.
- Would suit someone with previous experience looking for a flexible role, and someone who has a Dependent Pass, PR, or Local Resident.
