Training young people since 1995, we have conducted courses and seminars to more than *** />
students from over 150 schools, ranging from primary schools to tertiary institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver training programmes for youths (11-21 years old) through experiential learning 
• Impart leadership, life & learning skills through interactive lesson plans
• Assess needs of the youth and provide coaching to help them reach their fullest potential
• Attend regular training and development opportunities to increase relevancy and knowledge of youth development

Remuneration:
Trainer: From $25 / hour onwards

Must be willing to work and interact with youths
Relevant experience and knowledge of Singapore’s education landscape (e.g. MOE education system, CCA, volunteers in youth organizations / community services)
Ability to teach and facilitate learning in an engaging and relevant way
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
A desire to grow, learn and try new things
