ABOUT BLUE SKY EDUCATION

As a global education services provider with a presence in the UK,  Australia and Singapore, BlueSky Education provides short term and skills-based programmes for students in the UK, Australia and Singapore/Malaysia. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

We are looking for energetic Camp Managers to run our study tours programmes in Singapore and Malaysia.  Working with Bluesky international team, you are responsible for the execution of our Public Speaking, Environment and Business and Startup camps which will take place this June-August 2022 in Singapore. 

Summer Camp Dates:  26th June - 9 July // 17th - 30th July // 31 July - 13th August / 31 July - 7 August / 14-20 August 2022

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Successful candidates will work at the university campuses where our programmes are hosted in Hwa Chong Institution Boarding School, Singapore

• Minimum 2 years experience in working as an outdoor educator, a residential camp manager/similar role for summer schools. 

• Proven competence in management and leadership skills. 

• Ability to build rapport with people from different cultures.

• Enjoy working with teenagers and children. 

• Computer literate and proven competence in administration. 

• Flexible, adaptable, and solutions-focused. 

• Effective communicator. 

• Approaches work with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude. 

• Be available to attend training prior to the camp. 

• Possess current First Aid certificate.
