Freelance Job Description

Looking for a freelancer and potential business partner for men's golf and t-shirt designs. The designs are for a niche market which I will explain in detail during the interview process. I'm looking for someone who has experience with men's fashion design, silk screening and use of varied materials and blends. Sourcing contacts in Bangladesh, Vietnam etc would be a great asset. 
Job Requirement
1 - Initial consultation regarding design concept and requirements (in-person)
2 - Prototype designs and production of a few trial shirts (possibly using modified off the shelf garments)
3 - Trial production, quality assurance and market testing
4 - Design revisions if req'd and supplier sourcing
5 - Production and launch
