To conduct classroom and outdoor training on various leadership topics based on our curriculum for youth age between 6 - 18 years old.
Help to implement best practices and methodologies in engagement and classroom management.
To work with programme managers and teachers on training programmes.
To ensure fun and imparting values through the activities.
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned
Job Requirement
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum with diploma in any discipline.
Passionate in leadership training.
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a leadership trainer in a customer facing role, preferably with relevant leadership training certifications (e.g TLC, Strength Finder etc).
Outdoor leadership activities experience.
First- aid certified is a plus.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Proven presentation skills in a variety of formats ranging from hands-on to seminar-style.
Excellent one-on-one communication, group presentation, and facilitation skills.
Ability to use a variety of learning and training concepts and principles
High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style.
Other relevant experience (e.g. CCA, working knowledge of Singapore's Education system, facilitation, volunteer works in community centre)
IT savvy is a plus point.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years’ experience as a leadership trainer in a customer facing role, preferably with relevant leadership training certifications.
Demonstrated research, analytical, creative problem-solving, questioning, and feedback skills.
no experience required are also welcome to apply. Those with less than the required leadership training experience may be consider for facilitator position.
