3D Drafter

- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Understanding and communicate consequences of designs
- Drafting of carpentry detailed drawings using relevant software
- Work closely with interior designers to understand design requirements
- Develop and prepare drawings and designs from initial ideas, sketches, specification sheets

- You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents preferred
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Experienced in managing and completion of tasks independently
- Proficient in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, V Ray Rendering, Photoshop and other relevant soft skills
- At least 1 years of experience in residential and commercial designs using Solid works and AutoCAD
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
