Interior Sales Designer

$2800/ month


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Following up on clients and new leads that are provided
• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Provide professional consultation on Space planning, Design Conceptualization, Material and & Colour Scheme Specification to client based on their lifestyle
• Communicate effectively with client and vendors in order to address client's needs
• Project management and coordination (Training provided)
• Self-independence and is a team player

JOB SUMMARY
The ideal candidate should possess creative thinking skills and be able to communicate confidently with the client. Based on the conversations with a client, the candidate should be able to assess the needs of the client and answer the client’s queries without compromising on the design or technical issues. Please note that as leads and training will be provided, salary will be based on a full commission basis.

• Passion for design and customer service
• With related experience in related field is a plus point
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Able to converse fluent English and Mandarin
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Studio Max, IntelliCAD or Photoshop is a plus point
• Excellent interpersonal skill and communication
• Fresh grads are welcome
• No prior experience in Interior design needed. Training will be provided.
