Responsible for providing support to the Regional HR team in all operational matters and projects related to Compensation and Benefits

Key Accountabilities
· Update HR Information System (HRMS) and data templates to ensure all employee data are recorded accurately and timely
· Support Compensation and Benefits projects which includes collection, collation, and validation of data
· Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and documentation
· Conduct analysis and research to identify internal and market insights
· Provide administrative support to the wider HR team
Job Requirement
· Minimum Diploma Holder (Final Year Polytechnic student if internship)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience.
· Good knowledge in HR or Statistics is an added advantage
· Detailed and Meticulous, comfortable working with multiple datasets
· Willing to commit for at least 3 months
