Technical Specialist

To be overall in charge of technical support for industrial cameras for India and ASEAN countries in collaboration with HQ in Japan. Customers will include Japanese account in India and ASEAN countries.

Duties include:

Conduct product training for customers
Provide solution proposal for customers' request
Provide technical support for customers' project
Prepare product planning proposal

Excellent technical knowledge of industrial cameras to support customers
Programming skill in both C++ and C# is essential
Good knowledge of Linux OS to test the technical requirements
Strong negotiation and communication skills to work closely with customers, HQ in Japan and group companies in other countries
Minimum 5 years of experience as Engineer in Technical Support and/or Product Development
High proficiency in Japanese language is necessary to communicate and negotiate effectively with HQ in Japan and Japanese base customers
Frequent travelling is expected
