Job Description

- Attend to customer enquiries, generate sales orders, delivery orders and customer invoicing
- Maintain a well organized record of customer database
- Maintain good relationships and rapports with customers and buyers via email and telephone
- Liaising with other members of the teams and other technical experts
- Provide sales support for local and overseas customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirement
- At least GCE O Levels, Diploma or relevant qualifications
- Highly responsible, independent and a good team player
- You are able to communicate both in English and Mandarin Chinese in order to handle Chinese speaking customers
- Proficient in Ms Office is a must (Ms Word & Ms Excel)
- You have the ability to use SAP B1 is an advantage
