We are a small startup business that matches students with coaches all around Singapore. We're very passionate about badminton and bringing people together through sports. And although we're small, BG Badminton has been growing steadily, to the point that we need some bright minds to help us manage everything and ease the growth process.
We strongly believe that finding the right people is the key to buiding a great business, so we're looking for a few interns, in the hopes of finding these great people.
Job Description
Your role will mainly revolve around business development, which means helping us find new coaches and close sales (leads will be provided).
You'll also be helping us with the recruitment of admin & customer service staff, and some occassional admin work when needed.
As a small company, we need people who are well-rounded and adaptable. Do remember to let us know in your application if you have any special skillsets or experience that may contribute to the business!
The benefits of this position are that you will have a lot of freedom and flexibility. You can choose to
work from home or wherever else you prefer. Communication will be through Trello & WhatsApp or similar platforms, with in-person meeting only once or twice a week. We provide occasional company meals and fun team building events.
