Job Description
- To work on ERP Software managing inventory, prepare sales orders and invoices
- To communicate via phone and email with customers (as helpdesk) & dealer enquiries
- Assisting the digital marketing manager in online marketing campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other image (banner & flyer) production & video editing
- Social media management and content/graphic creation for periodic updates
- Able to use Facebook, Instagram, Youtube competently and email marketing platform
- Be able to provide excellent customer service support to customers & prospects
- Assist in product listing & management of associated online sales (marketplace) channels
- Assist in SEO, SEM, link building for our websites and manage referral platforms
- Assist with everyday online business development strategies and implementation
- Help with online retail operations such as logistics, warehouse and fulfilment
Job Requirement
- You must be knowledge and working experience of Social Media
- Knowledge of email marketing and other online campaigns platform
- Knowledge of digital online marketing channels
- Working knowledge of an ERP/CRM System an advantage
- Creation of graphics – for marketing materials
- Good command of English language (spoken & written)
* Good to have:
- Basic knowledge of bicycles and accessories.
- Knowledge with RFQ and special projects an advantage
- Malaysia market or language experience
- You can start immediate Start, For At Least 3 Months
