Duties and Responsibilities

Provide secretarial support to management

Organizing meeting, appointment, interview etc.

Attending and assist with meetings such as documenting meeting minutes

Perform basic data entry and market research duties

Assist with basic administrative duties and errands

Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

Work hours can be discussed, we are flexible.

Do not require 5-day work week or work on weekend.

Outspoken with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive, cheerful and initiative personality

O Levels / A Levels / Diploma equivalent

Experience not mandatory
