Part time Job Description

We are a leading beauty and wellness company looking to hire Account Receivable Executive (1 mth/Start in June 2020). Job scope: ·       Maintaining up-to-date receivable book ·       Follow up and inquire on receivables ·       Performing account reconciliation ·       Research and resolve discrepancies ·       Communicate with outlet staffs on files and records ·       Prepare Bank Deposit​ ·       Computation of Sales Team commission ·       Ad hoc duties assigned by manager
Job Requirement
·       ACCA, Degree in Accountancy or relevant degree with 0-2 years of relevant experiences ·       Those with prior AR experiences in the beauty and wellness, retail or FMCG will be advantageous. ·       Excellent communication and people skills ·       Strong organizational and time-management abilities ·       Meticulous and sensitive to numbers ·       Good with MS excel ·       Able to start work in June 2020 and to commit to one month Other information: • Salary: SGD 2000/mth
