Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are Welcome to apply this Full time position
Handle procurement of office and other supplies (e.g. refreshments, transportation, air tickets, corporate gifts etc);
Assist in tracking the Division's expenditure/claims and prepare monthly expenditure reports;
Support in logistical and protocol matters for events and meetings;
Assist in the management of the Division's fixed assets and the electronic registry system;
Assist in the collation and dissemination of local training matters;
Provide secretarial support to the Senior Director and Department Director;
Perform other general administrative duties.
Job Requirement
Polytechnic Diploma
Good command of English
Proficient with MS office applications
Self-motivated but also able to work in teams
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Meticulous and careful
Enthusiastic and friendly
Willing to learn new skills
