E Commerce Operation Executive

Check the orders from different platforms and dispatch the orders
Learn and provide a professional level of online customer service
Handle return orders, organize replacements or refunds as necessary, and keep accurate records of items returned or lost in transit
Learn how to optimize the product descriptions, attributes, cross-references, features/benefits, documents, and images
Regularly review information database for accuracy and completeness
Office administration and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 

Able to work independently under minimum supervision
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
A willingness to learn.-Able to start with short notice is advantageous
