                                    Key Responsibilities
·        Develop and manage Financial Consultants’ digital marketing activities
·        Analyze user data to improve digital customer experience
·        Execute tools and platforms on
-boarding processes
·        Participate in agency digital initiatives and digitalization roadmap
 
Digital Campaign and Content
·        Develop and manage online lead generation and recruitment campaign strategies
·        Develop and manage social media strategy
·        Oversee contest incentives redemption and execute other digital projects
·        Develop and optimise content for Financial Consultants’ websites and social networking accounts (not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter)
·        Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the agency brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing
·        Maintain partnership with digital agencies
·        Analyse and prepare reports on overall campaign performance
·        To comply with company's Data Protection policy in relation to collection, use, storage and disposal of personal or sensitive data
 
Performance Marketing
·        Develop, execute and monitor Financial Consultants and Agencies’ media campaign budgets
·        Analyse and prepare reports on media campaign performance
·        Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
                                
                                
                             
                            
                            
                            
                                Job Requirement
                                Requirements
·        University degree with at least 3-5 years working experience in digital agency, digital media publisher or client-side experience in digital marketing role
·        Self-driven and proactive nature
·        Patient and active listener
·        Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
·        Incredible people skills. Ability to work with teams of creative personnel and content creators. Digital or creative agency management experience
·        A passion for new technology. Data

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with functionally and geographically diverse teams and externally with creative and digital agencies
