Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding families through the funeral planning process, offering support, and assisting them in making informed decisions about funeral arrangements and related services.

Responsibilities: 
-Meet with families to discuss their needs and preferences for funeral arrangements. 
-Provide guidance and support to families in making decisions regarding caskets, urns, burial plots, cremation, and other funeral-related services. 
-Present and explain available options, packages, and pricing in a clear and empathetic manner. 
-Coordinate with funeral directors and other staff to ensure that all arrangements are carried out smoothly and according to the family's wishes. 
-Follow up with families after services to provide support and assistance as needed. Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions.
