1) I am unable to login. What should I do?
For Internet Explorer, kindly check if Javascripts and Cookies and enabled.
You can follow the instructions as below.

How to check and enable Javascripts:
1. Click the Tools menu at the top of the screen.
2. Click Internet Options...
3. A new window will open up. Click the Security tab at the top of the window.
4. Click the Default Level button.
5. Click the Advanced tab at the top of the window
6. Click Restore Defaults.
7. Click OK.
8. Close Internet Explorer and reload the Freelancezone.com.sg
How to check and enable Cookies:
1. Click the Tools menu at the top of the screen
2. Click Internet Options...
3. A new window will open up. Click Privacy tab at top
4. Click Advanced
5. Click choices to Override Auto Control Handling, Always Allow Session Cookies
6. Click OK to accept changes
7. Close Internet Explorer and reload the Freelancezone.com.sg
2) What is FreelanceZone all about?
Freelance Zone is a one-stop job search portal for job seekers when looking for freelance or part time job positions. Entirely free of charge, registered job seekers will be able to search for jobs from various companies and categories, learn about job opportunities and build resumes online. We are the first to offer a dedicated online network for freelance and part time jobs, home working environment for Singapore market.
3) What is the Freelance Article Zone?
To give yourself another boost with the job hunt and also to manage your time and career, visit our Freelance Article Zone, a comprehensive freelance and part time career-related resource. Catch-up with the latest happenings in Singapore, read various related stories for side earning, extra income, and even discuss job hunting tips and recommendations.
4) What is the Singapore Market Place?
This channel is built for Singapore freelancers and part-timers to Sell, Buy and Exchange items, products. Entirely free of charge, all members can request to sell what you don?t need and purchase any listed items, products at your comfortable pricing. Visit our Singapore Market Place, powered by Singapore Freelance Zone.
5) What is Public job ad?
Most of the job ads listed in Freelance Zone are available to registered members only. However, if the job is marked as Public, which means this position is opened for both registered members and guests.
Everyone is welcome to send in your C.V if the job requirements do match your personal profile.
6) What is Service Ad?
To give yourself another boost to advertise your services to the public as well as the employers. As in Freelance and Part time nature, some of our employers might not have time to wait for the job applicants. They prefer to seek for the freelance or part time services actively. Listing your services under Service Ads will give the employers opportunity to reach you for their outsourcing needs, freelance assignments and short term projects.
7) How can I sign up as a job seeker with Freelance Zone?
To register as a job seeker for Freelance Zone, simply fill up the Job Seeker Registration Form. All you need is a personal email account that is active and frequently checked. This will ensure that you are kept abreast of the latest relevant job openings along with Freelance Zone updates. Complete the form with your email address along with a password of your choice.
8) How do I search and apply for jobs?
At Freelance Zone, you can perform searching and browsing for any listed job ads by simply providing the search keywords. Our smart search system will be able to filter the right jobs for you based on your keywords and the selected job category.
There are 2 options to apply for a job position. The employers can enable both options or one single option. If both are enabled, you can either email your C.V directly to the employer based on the employer contact details OR apply online by clicking on the button located at the bottom of the job description page.
9) Help! I can't remember my password!
Lost Password? You can easily retrieve back the password by clicking on the ?forgot password? located at the login Panel from the top left of the page. You will need to provide the registered email address and click on the ?Send Reminder? button, an email will be sent to you together with your login ID and password.
If you have forgotten which email account was registered on Freelance Zone, click here to contact us. To verify that you are the rightful owner of the account, include your full name, NRIC, contact number and home address. Our customer support staff will then contact you shortly to assist you.
10) From the job description page, where can I find the employer contact details?
You can easily see the employer contact details located at the bottom of the job description page. However, when the job position is already filled or the application date is ended, the employer contact details will no longer be visible.
11) Why can?t I see the contact details even when I have logged in successfully?
Unless it is a Public job ad, the contact details will only be visible to registered members only. Once you have logged in the system successfully, kindly refresh the existing job description page to reflect the changes for the contact details.
12) What is account stored Credits? Why do I need it?
Account stored credits is needed to redeem for a wide range of online services offered by FreelanceZone.com.sg
For Employer, you can use these amount of credits to apply for a range of services including job posting, candidates database access, etc.
For job seekers, you can use the amount of credits to do service ads posting or any other services which are available from FreelanceZone.com.sg
Account Stored Credits are not eligible to encash or transfer between members in any circumstances. However, we do offer refund under certain criteria (read more from our refund policy).
