Job Scope
To expand and develop the business market share and be entirely responsible for your candidates and sales pipeline
Handle recruitment and search fulfillment, under local context and possubly regional coverage.
To assure that 100% service delivery to meet economic and technical buyers of client.
Make regular visits to clients’ HQ office and other premises to meet hiring managers, gather feedback and ensure good customers satisfaction.
Ensure that issues faced are resolved within good turnaround time, and escalated to reporting in-charge with solutions in place.
