Freelance Job Description

  • Location: Selected Islandwide MRT Stations / Bus Interchanges
  • Service Ambassadors Jobscope: Assist in queue management and checking of Card Replacement Eligibility at Ticket Offices.  
  • Shift 1 or 2: 8am - 2pm (no break) / 2pm - 8pm (no break) *6 days work week, inclusive of 1 weekend
  • Shift 3: 2pm - 9pm (1 x 30 mins paid break) *6 days work week, inclusive of 1 weekend
  • Shift 4:  8am - 8pm / 9pm (2 x 45 mins paid break) *3 days work week, inclusive of 1 weekend
  • If you have selected Shift 1/2/3, you must be able to commit both AM and PM shift on rotational basis.
Job Requirement
  • Attire: Plain Black T - Shirt, Dark Colored Jeans/Pants (No fancy/ripped designed), No Fancy Design Covered Shoes 
  • Students, Semi-retirees, part-timers may apply  
  • $10 per hour (CPF Mandatory)
  • Contract period: 18 March - 17 April 2024, subject to extension
