Front Desk Admin Personnel

Ambience Yoga is an Expanding Business, and we are seeking Front Desk-Cum-Admin Personnel to man our Front Desk at our Tanglin  Branch and Occasionally at our Siglap Branch.. Motility and Flexibility between the two branches are Preferred when we consider candidates, though we arre seeking candidates who will be based at our Tanglin Branch.

Your Roles will be to asssist with the Administrative Duties (Booking System, Staff Schedules, , System Updates and Maintenance, Daily Social Media Postings)  as well as Customer Service (Answering Calls and Addressing Customer Queries and Concerns)

There will, Additionally, be some basic Housekeeping Tasks, as you will have to ensure the Yoga Studio is Prepped and Ready for the Next Class!

You will be Working Hand-inHand with the Head of Operations and Owners of the business, so you will need to be Punctual, Honest and Efficient, as well as Respectful and willing to learn the ropes of Running the Business.

Proven Candidates will be allocated higher Hours and Have their Paying Scale Reviewed on a Fair Basis.

You Will Need to Be Honest, Efficient, Punctual  and Respectful.  You will have to be Open to Learning the Ropes in Assisting and Facilitating the Bosses in the Administrative Duties of keeping the Business Running in Tip-Top Shape.
