- Write professional and consistent user documents
- Review end-user documentation and ensure that it conforms to the company standards and guidelines.
- Create, review and update technical documentation guidelines and templates to transform them into well written, professional looking manuals
- Design and develop technical publications, user guides, release notes and online help for the company’s products and services
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers in determining and obtaining necessary information to write complete operation and technical manuals.
- Scheduling, facilitating and leading all technical documentation.
- Coordinating and reviewing technical documentation work performed by outside vendors
- Mentor and guide junior technical writers.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies & tools for technical writing
- Any other duties as and when assigned
