Full / Part-Time F&B Service Crew

• Responsible for providing courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the guests


• To present menu, take order, suggest and recommend appropriately.


• To attend and respond to guests' needs promptly and professionally (e.g., topping of water etc.)


• To present bills to diners, collect payment and give to the cashier, return change or credit card to diners


• To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables and up-keeping of rest room etc.


• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior or Senior Management.

• Secondary education


• Min 1 year or relevant experience


• Able to converse in English


• Well groomed with a pleasant disposition


• Warm, friendly and energetic


• Co-operative and helpful with initiative


• Customer-service oriented


• Able to work 3 rotating shift, 6 days per week, 8 hrs per day (including Sat, Sun & PH)
