Major Job Family Responsibilities, Duties and Activities: *Oversee, plan, and lead the life cycle (strategy, development, implementation, maintenance and update) of the AIM methodology, supporting the Global Sales and Delivery functions as needed. *Maintain the AIM methodology Risk Management Process. *Lead and./or participate in risk reviews, as needed. *Maintain the SunSpace AIM Community pages. *Drive Region/GEM AIM adoption and compliance and be responsible for measurement and reporting. *Develop an AIM training program supporting various stakeholder requirements, including Region/GEM PS Managers, Region/GEM PMO Leaders, the PM and technical communities; other functional organizations, and executives. *Support the GPMO Chief PM in the Service College training implementation. *Enable the existing PMO functions for Partner usage in both Bid Management and Delivery. *Perform in the role of a AIM-KMS tool business stakeholder for the support of management and PM and technical community requirements. Role Definition: Provides business and project management and methodology functional expertise to support business operations and the business decision making process. Performs specialized work in the project management functional area.

Job Requirements
|
Education and Experience: University degree or equivalent; may have an advanced degree (MS/MBA) in specified discipline and several years of experience. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *Acknowledged as an expert within the project management and methodology functions. *Strong leadership skills including the ability to influence various stakeholders and and drive project tasks, activities, actions, and issues to closure and overall success. *Significant experience implementing and utilizing a project sales and delivery methodology. *Significant experience managing Professional Services projects ensuring successful completion on time and on budget. *Solid understanding of the economics of the PS business. *Excellent program and project management and organizational skills. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills. *Ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, peers, and internal executives; outstanding influencing and negotiation skills. *Applies expertise to tailor recommendations that integrate with broader functional initiatives and meets key stakeholder requirements.
