- Provide secretarial duties to assigned management team member e.g. management of calendar, arrange for meetings, travel arrangements, expense claims, courier service etc. - Provide administrative support to assigned units e.g. organizing workshops, meetings, courier service, P.O creation etc. - Responsible for settling-in and exit of employees within assigned units e.g. laptop, softphone, email creation, namecards etc. - IT coordinator for assigned units e.g. support employees’ request for hard/software - Responsible for upkeep of office(including pantry) e.g. coordination and purchase of office stationery and pantry supplies, P.O. creation.

Job Requirements
|
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. - Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. - Preferred skill(s): SAP. - At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent. Job role in Secretary/Personal Assistant or equivalent. - 1 Part-Time and Contract position available. - Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or hold relevant residence status.
