Paralegal ( Full / Part Time)

    - Identify and liaise with content providers and copyright owners to obtain permission to use content for educational purposes
    - Work with the Legal Counsel to monitor and report on law, legislation, regulations and procedures pertaining to permissions and copyright of intellectual property
    - Work closely with the Academic team to facilitate the provision of electronic resources, such as case studies and online reading materials
    - Streamline the permissioning process with the content providers and related departments
    - Any other works related to the above and in support of the Academic operations

    - At least a Diploma in Legal Studies or a Degree in any discipline with at least one year relevant experience.
    - Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply.
    - Preferably possess a clear understanding of issues related to fair use and intellectual property
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - An eye for details and possess a keen interest for research-oriented work, which includes areas of copyright law and content licensing
    - IT-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office suite
