- Oversee the entire facilities function - Daily operation, monitoring and maintenance of all facility equipments such as air-conditioners, lightings, fans etc - Liaise with vendors and supervise renovation/repair work by contractors - Provide hands-on work on minor repairs - Ensure that all requests/complaints from users are promptly attended to - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements
|
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services and/or equivalent with at least 2 year’s relevant working experience in a similar capacity - Preferably some basic knowledge of fire safety equipment - Able to work part-time basis – 3 full days per week / 5 days part-time from 8.30am to 1pm - Able to commence work immediately will be preferred
