- you will also need to conduct interviews with the candidates and make necessary arrangement of interviews with clients when necessary.

Job Requirements

- You should have 1-2 years in recruitment agency experience.
- Fresh candidates who would like to venture into this industry will be most welcome.
- Commission based and performance based.
- Able to commit 2-3 hours per day (Office hours)
- Owns a laptop or PC at home
- Client assignments given.
- Good Budgets to post ads in major job portals every month.
