Executive Search Consultant (Freelance)

- Job Advertisement Posting, Sorting, Sourcing and Screening suitable resumes;
- Securing, servicing and retaining corporate clients;
- Liaise/interact and understand the clients organisational profile and requirements;
- Evaluate the suitability of candidates.
- Prepare candidate profile / brief for client's consideration and interview;
- Negotiate / advise appropriate compensation package for selected candidates;
- Conduct Reference Check and review of comments made by referees with the client;

- Candidates should ideally possess at least a diploma / degree in any field;
- Preferably with several years of experience in Recruitment, Corporate Sales, Account Servicing, Customer Service
- Suitable For People Looking For Flexi-Hours / Home-Office Based arrangements;
- Applicants should be Singaporean citizens or PR;
- Highly rewarding incentive scheme for achievers;
- Successful candidates can expect to earn between SGD2,000 to SGD5,000 per month;
- Age is not an issue but traits such as being self-motivated, people friendly personality, hardworking, efficient and strong desire to achieve results are what we are looking for;
- Computer Literacy such as word processing, emails is a pre-requisite;
- Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment 24/7 from Home and/or Office;
