- Update reports such as Sales Report, Tenant Listing using Excel - Prepare and generate documents such as vouchers, agreements etc - Categorising and filing of documents - Liaise with relevant departments to obtain information & data for follow up activities - Data Entry using Sun System (for the Assistant attached to Finance Department) - Any other duties required by the Department.

Job Requirements

- Candidate who possess working experience to have at least GCE ‘O’ Level - School Leavers to possess at least GCE 'A' Level - Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word,Excel) - Detailed worker and able to work under pressure
