Head Of Finance & Admin (Full/Part Time)

         - Financial Reporting – Preparation of financial accounts for audit and statutory filing, liaising with auditors and London on annual audit requirements.
            - Management Reporting – Monthly (and year-end) closing of accounts, review of monthly KPIs/various VP reports and monthly management accounts for submission to London, liaising with London on submissions and ad-hoc information requirements.
            - Partner matters – Remuneration & benefits package,tax retention & personal tax matters including liaising with Deloitte on preparation of tax computations and annual tax filin
              - Client Accounting
            - Accounts Receivable & Credit Control
            - Accounts Payable
            - General Ledger
            - Fixed Assets
            - Interoffice
            - Billi
            - FEDT
            - Payroll
            - Cash Management including liaising with banks
            - Corporate Tax Matter
            - GST

          
           - Qualified accountant with Bachelor of Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent, with minimum 10 years experience ideally with some years in an offshore law firm in a role similar to this and involving multinational reporting disciplines and adherence to firm-wide policies.
           - Experience of operating a computerised accounting system.
           - Familiar with Singapore employment regulations
           - Capable of building credibility with/ relating to/ communicating with partners and law firm managers.
           - Happy to work as part of a team and contribute to collective goals.
           - IT/ systems aware/ literate. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
