PLAY BY EAR (School of Contemporary Piano) is the largest 2-storey Contemporary Piano Music School in Singapore that specialises in teaching Improvisation. We offer only Pop Piano & Jazz Piano courses for adults in our school, and nothing else. This is what we specialise in. We are different because of the content we teach. Students with no
musical background or even Classical Music diplomas and degrees have come to learn from us. Our students range from casual music enthusiasts to music teachers and even accomplished musicians. We are not a glamorous, "expensive" type of school that relies on "brand-image" or
celebrities to "link" students with us. Our vision is simple - to impart the concepts of improvisation with an in-depth, creative teaching methodology.

Marketing Administrator


2 postitions required:


•-           Full time Marketing Administrator


•-           Permanent Part-time Administrator (Weekends)


 Multi-tasking is a cakewalk for you and you're always on top of things.  You possess a friendly, pleasant demeanour & genuinely enjoy interacting with people.


 Job Scope:


 Admin
- Update student attendances for individual instructors
- Attend to walk-in customers, student enquiries and sales enquires related to digital pianos & accessories


- Handle payment of school fees & updating of sales records
- Co-ordination of student lesson timings / rescheduling
- Answering phone calls
- Maintenance of school facilities


 Marketing
- Corporate marketing for school programmes


- Online community, PBE club, Online classifieds
- Marketing products and services


- Online store

Job Requirements

Requirements:


- "O" levels/"A" levels/Diploma holders


- Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel a must


- Good standard of written & spoken English required


- 1-2 years experience in customer service preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply


- Knowledge of music & graphic design (Adobe Photoshop) an advantage
