Job Description

INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN IAL STUDY ON WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION, HARASSMENT, AND INJURY IN SINGAPORE

IAL is conducting a study to understand workplace discrimination, harassment, and injury (DHI), and how such issues may impact individuals and their career. Through a study on workers, employers, as well as government and non-government agencies, the study seeks to better understand workplace DHI, how it impacts individuals in their life and career, and suggest measures to support them through policies and practices that allow equality of treatment at work, and inclusivity of working conditions and opportunities.

If you have ever personally experienced discrimination, harassment or injury at work, and is open to sharing with us about your experiences and how it affected your work life and family life, we would like to hear from you. We invite you to participate in an online survey and an optional interview that will take approximately 60 minutes.

All information that you provide will be treated with the strictest confidentiality. No individual will be identified in the process, and your identity will not be recorded against the information collected. You may choose to withdraw at any time if you are uncomfortable.

As a token of our appreciation, you will receive up to S$80 NTUC FairPrice vouchers on full completion of the online survey and the interview.
