Digital Marketing Intern/ Digital Marketing Executive (Contract)

The Digital Marketing Personnel will be responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager and the rest of the SPECTRUM team in executing integrated marketing programmes and projects that will deliver on the objectives and needs of SPECTRUM. 

Responsibilities will include assisting with content strategy, social media management, copywriting and working with the rest of the team to promote SPECTRUM events and initiatives.  

Key responsibilities:

·       Social media management: content strategy and execution, copywriting 

·       E-mail marketing: Promote events and initiatives within the SPECTRUM community and lead generation

·       Interact with SPECTRUM’s departments, with particular focus on Academy and Events, to collect information and update the company’s digital channels 

·       Interact with SPECTRUM’s members to research community news and identify content opportunities 

·       Assist to update and manage contact lists on Mailchimp and CRM platforms  

·       Provide operational assistance during events and other company initiatives 

Key learning points:

·       Exposure to numerous aspects of strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across different digital channels

·       Opportunity to refine copywriting and content creation skills

·       Exposure to a wide variety of digital tools and CRM system 

·       Exposure to the SPECTRUM community and the opportunity to network with exciting companies and individuals

Requirements:

·       Currently studying Marketing, Business Management or other relevant disciplines

.       Minimum 1-year working experience

·       Excellent writing skills in English

·       Strong creative outlook

·       Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
