The Manager

Be responsible for managing a team of Architectural Coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works Plan, organise and supervise production of construction drawings including shop drawings submissions and approvals Facilitate construction and progress on site, and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors and operation teams Conduct routine checks and inspections of architectural works on site to monitor work status and ensure compliance with approved design and specifications

Degree in Architecture with minimum 8 years' relevant experience at managerial level with a main construction firm Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
