Job Description

Handle partial accounts Accounts Payable (Includes checking of suppliers’ invoices, issuing cheques and necessary updates) Accounts Receivable (Includes consolidation of Quotations, Customers’ PO & Job Acknowledgement; issue & despatch Invoices) Handle staff claims and update petty cash Data entry in accounting software Assist in the updating of daily job schedule & staff movement Assist in the updating of leave / OT / Timesheets Assist HR Executive in HR functions Support frontline reception duties such as answering phone calls and receive visitors
Job Requirement
Any other administrative duties as assigned
