Senior Executive

The employer is from PUBLIC sector. Development of new system(s) including user requirements gathering, reviewing application functions and design specifications for system development, liaison with appointed vendor on system development and user acceptance testing. Provide administrative and technical support to facilitate and coordinate system activities after implementation, co-ordinate the system maintenance activities, monitor and track progress of service requests and user support logs, checking of users access and roles to ensure up-to-date. Review current work processes and explore possibility to leverage on technology to improve and transform work functions.
