Job Description
Perform market research and analysis of customers, competitors, companies, voice-of-customers, customers’ pain points and requirements, etc. Translate inputs from customer research into business requirements for the design and development of prototype. Develop business cases for proposed solutions, products and services. Prioritize and manage the innovation funnel of ideas, opportunities and propositions based on market attractiveness and alignment to our client’s branding. Develop strategic roadmap for the designated service and product lines. Monitor critical success factors for the service or product in line with the business plan. Manage ongoing and new projects from incubation of ideas to commercialization and post launch products and services.
